Held on the third Tuesday of every month, this event is an opportunity to meet fellow professionals, exchange ideas, and explore potential collaborations in an informal setting.

Each session features a special guest organisation bringing valuable business support. This month, we are pleased to welcome DIVAS Solutions, specialists in helping organisations embed equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) into everyday practice. Their talk will highlight the real diversity present in today’s workforce and why creating inclusive, welcoming workplaces is essential for attracting and retaining talent.

DIVAS Solutions will outline the business value of meaningful EDI, from stronger organisational culture to reduced risk and improved long‑term performance, while addressing the challenges many employers face, such as avoiding performative actions and balancing the needs of diverse groups. They will also introduce their practical methodology for turning EDI intentions into sustained, measurable action.
