At Exeter Science Park, you will find a network of like-minded STEMM companies with innovative ideas, a willingness to collaborate and a drive to succeed.

We offer our tenants opportunities for mentoring, networking and ideas sharing and we focus on nurturing and building relationships, enabling these businesses to grow and succeed.

To maintain our focus on STEMM, companies based at Exeter Science Park must be science related and demonstrate:

  • research and development of products or services
  • active collaborations with universities, higher education, institutes, research or similar organisations
  • a technology-based service

We’re always happy to meet people and talk about the opportunities offered as part of our developing community.

Aqua Consultants

Who are they?

Aqua Consultants provides professional services to the water, energy and environment sectors across the UK, helping organisations reduce the cost, carbon and energy impact of asset ownership. It combines technology, engineering and management consultancy to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions for its clients.

Why Exeter Science Park?

With its headquarters in Bradford, Aqua Consultants wanted to find a base in the south west. It selected Exeter Science Park for its location, sense of community and proximity to existing clients and partners.

Impact on the business

The organisation has people based all over the country and a lot of clients in the south west. Neal Edmondson, Client Director at Aqua Consultants, said: “We liked the fact we could take the size of office that suits our needs and that there are facilities to grow and take larger units as the business grows.

“As well as proximity to clients and partners, it is a really great facility, with like-minded businesses, such as Engineers Gate and Stantec and other partners or clients. Another aspect which really appeals is the café on the site and the real sense of community among the companies who are based here.”
