Getting to Exeter Science Park is easy, whether travelling by road, rail or air.
We are located strategically at the intersection of the South West’s major north-south (M5 and A38/A380) and east-west (A30) roads, within three miles of Exeter International Airport and within five miles of Exeter St David’s mainline railway station.
By car
Exeter Science Park is located off juction 29 on the M5. With ample free on-site parking and 4 EV charging spots.
By bike
Exeter Science Park is a 23 minute bike ride from the City Centre along the E3 and E4 cycle corridor and commutable from other surrounding towns.
By bus
A bus stop is located outside the Exeter Science Park which is serviced by both the 44 and 4. There is also the Devon County Council park and change nearby.
By rail
Exeter St David’s destinations include London (2 hours), Bristol (1.25 hours) and Birmingham (2.5 hours).
By air
Exeter International Airport’s destinations include UK and European cities.

Visitor Parking:
Access to the Science Park site is via a secure barrier system and car parking operates a number plate recognition system.
Parking is available for visitors to the site; at the entrance barriers, visitors should buzz through to the Science Park Centre to be allowed access.
Electric vehicle charging points are also available on-site at the nearby Park & Change car park.
If you choose to park in the Hotel parking areas please note that ANPR is in operation and you will be charged. This is not operated by Exeter Science Park and we will not be able to cancel a parking fine if you receive one.
Visitors can also use the nearby Park and Change car park.
Visitor Parking Map Details:
(follow the red dotted line on the attached map) Turn into the Science Park from Old Honiton Road, enter through the barrier (which will automatically raise when you draw up to it), turn immediately left, then right and follow the road to the end where you will find the visitors car park on your left.
If this car park is full please use the Park and Change carpark (quickest route from Visitor Car Park: follow the green dotted line on the attached map. Please note that it is an exit only barrier at the back of the Science Park and you will need to loop around onto Old Honiton Road to re-enter the Science Park by car).
