Salary : £25,628 FTE | Location : Exeter Science Park, EX5 2FN
Job Description :
-Using a CRM and effectively keeping the data you generated up to date
-Answering phone calls and emails
-Maintaining relationships with our new and existing customers by ensuring a high level of customer service and speedy and effective responses to queries
-Process customers’ orders and requests submitted by telephone or email
-Learn how to use database systems and technology to deliver great customer care
-Onboarding new customers
-Check product availability for customer orders
-Creating and sending out customer duty of care documents
-Signing off sub- contractors Waste Transfer Notes
-Occasionally raising and sending customer invoices
-Keeping track and ordering of stock e.g. bags, stickers and small stock etc
-Updating our CMS (creating QR codes)
-Keeping records up to date
-Filing away paperwork
-Organising One-Off Collections with sub-contractors
-Resolving customer queries – keeping track of tickets
-Sending out feedback surveys
